1. Who we are Mic’s Mobile Valeting (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides mobile vehicle valeting services in the United Kingdom. 2. What personal data we collect We only collect the information needed to book and deliver your valet or to comply with the law.

4. Who we share your data with We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business: • IONOS SE – Website and email hosting (servers in the UK/EU) • SumUp Payments Ltd – Card payments and e‑mailed receipts (servers in the EU) • WhatsApp LLC (Meta) – Booking messages (global infrastructure, including the US) Each provider is contractually bound to keep your data safe and to act only on our instructions.
5. International transfers Messages sent via WhatsApp may be processed on servers outside the UK and EEA. Meta relies on the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard these transfers. Apart from WhatsApp we store your data in the UK or EU.
6. Cookies Our website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for security and basic functionality. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work correctly.
7. How long we keep your data

9. Your rights Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: • request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; • ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data; • request deletion of your data (the “right to be forgotten”); • object to or restrict our processing of your data; • receive your data in a portable format; • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (not currently the case).
